Haiko is Managing Partner at SOL and brings over 20 years of experience in private equity, M&A, and corporate management. His focus lies in restructurings, turnarounds, and succession solutions, where he successfully combines industrial expertise, operational management, and private equity experience.
Throughout his career, he has held CEO, CRO, and CFO positions and has gained experience in more than 20 corporate governance roles. He was also part of the management team of an internationally operating consulting firm and played a key role in building a European private equity platform, which he significantly helped to shape.
