Egmont is a Partner at SOL, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in private equity, M&A, and corporate management.
Prior to joining SOL, he held senior positions at UIAG and CBOE, gaining extensive experience in M&A. In addition, he has held executive and supervisory board mandates at various companies, developing a deep understanding of corporate development and strategic decision-making. With over 20 executive functions to date, he is an experienced driver in the corporate landscape.
At SOL#3, his focus is on identifying and acquiring target companies, managing due diligence processes, refinancing, as well as buy-out and succession arrangements.
Born and residing in Vienna, he is married and a father of three children.
