Octavian has been working as an Investment Manager at SOL Capital Management since 2024, bringing extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance.
Before joining SOL, he worked at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt, most recently as an Investment Banking Associate, where he managed M&A and capital markets transactions. Prior to that, he was an Investment Banking Intern at GCA Altium. He began his career in consulting at Accenture and Deloitte, supporting companies with cost optimization, audits, and strategic financial analyses.
Octavian holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), focusing on Accounting and Finance. During his studies, he also completed study abroad programs in Argentina and Italy and served as a board member in university associations.
